Knowledge base vs Community


The Help Center is made up of two parts: 

  • A knowledge base that we will be gradually building out, largely in response to our users' needs, and 
  • A separate community, where our users can share information directly with each other. The community consists of questions and answers organized by topic. Questions can include ideas, tips, or any other community item. 

As ENGAGEcx is new, both of these are mostly empty, but expect them to grow as we grow.
